Yes, this one was difficult, and yes everyone did a great job in getting this file closed, but I wanted to thank you in particular for the job that you did, your professionalism, understanding of the loan products, guidance, efficiency, and patience in advising the client through all of his scenarios was the key factor in the completion of this file.
